• Included (Standard Editing): light color/exposure balance, crop/straighten, white-balance, contrast, minor dust/lint cleanup on product surfaces. (Included in creative fees)

• Basic Retouching (Per Image): $45

(Enhanced cleanup, background smoothing, polish for website/social use)

• Advanced Retouching (Per Image): $100+

(Scratch/wrinkle removal on leather, reflection cleanup, background rebuilds, beauty-level edits)

• Compositing / Complex Edits: $300+ per image (quoted per project; may require specialist)

• Revisions: 1 round of notes on selected finals included; additional rounds billed at $150/hr.

• Turnaround: Proof gallery in 3–5 business days; finals 5–10 business days after selects/notes. Rush delivery (under 3 business days): +25–50% of invoice.

• RAW Files: Not provided (capture files remain studio IP).

• Archiving: Finals archived 12 months; re-delivery after 12 months: $75 retrieval fee.

Booking & Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your shoot.

• Dates and times cannot be held without a deposit.

Rescheduling

• Deposits do not transfer to a new date unless there is an approved valid reason (such as a doctor’s note or emergency documentation).

• Without approved proof, any reschedule requires a new deposit.

• Only one approved reschedule is allowed per booking.

• Work conflicts or schedule changes do not qualify as valid reasons for a free reschedule.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive early.

• Up to 15 minutes late: we’ll shoot with the remaining time.

• By booking or entering the studio, you accept all risks and agree not to hold Josh Stringer Photography liable for injuries, damages, or loss.
