With over 25 years of professional photography experience, I create high-quality e-commerce imagery designed to showcase your products at their very best. My rate includes full access to my professional studio and equipment, ensuring a consistent, polished look across every item.

Creative Fees (Photographer + Studio + Lighting)

• Half-Day Session (up to 15 products): $3,000

• Full-Day Session (up to 30 products): $5,500

(Includes standard e-commerce angles: front, back, and detail shots. Lifestyle setups or styled shoots quoted separately.)

Additional Products

• Extra Products (beyond included amounts): $200 per product (basic e-com white background)

Styled / Lifestyle Setups

• In-Studio Lifestyle (tabletop, flat lays, props, hand shots): $250+ per product

(Simple styled setups in studio with basic props; no models or location fees.)

• On-Location Lifestyle (models, rented spaces, brand campaigns): Quoted separately

(Location rentals, models, stylists, and additional crew billed as add-ons.)

Editing, Retouching & Delivery

• Included (Standard Editing): light color/exposure balance, crop/straighten, white-balance, contrast, minor dust/lint cleanup on product surfaces. (Included in creative fees)

• Basic Retouching (Per Image): $45

(Enhanced cleanup, background smoothing, polish for website/social use)

• Advanced Retouching (Per Image): $100+

(Scratch/wrinkle removal on leather, reflection cleanup, background rebuilds, beauty-level edits)

• Compositing / Complex Edits: $300+ per image (quoted per project; may require specialist)

• Revisions: 1 round of notes on selected finals included; additional rounds billed at $150/hr.

• Turnaround: Proof gallery in 3–5 business days; finals 5–10 business days after selects/notes. Rush delivery (under 3 business days): +25–50% of invoice.

• RAW Files: Not provided (capture files remain studio IP).

• Archiving: Finals archived 12 months; re-delivery after 12 months: $75 retrieval fee.

Licensing & Usage Rights

Licensing is priced per final image delivered, based on usage.

• Website / Online Store Only (1 Year): $100 per image

• Website + Social Media + Paid Ads (1 Year): $250 per image

• Extended Use (Print, Packaging, Outdoor, etc.): Available upon request

• Full Buyouts or Unlimited Timeframes: Available upon request

Add-Ons (Optional)

(Billed in addition to creative fees & licensing)

• Creative Direction / Concept Development: $500–$1,500

• Product Stylist (Apparel / Accessories): $500–$1,000 per day

• Food Stylist (Food & Beverage Shoots): $600–$1,200 per day (plus materials)

• Assistant / Digital Tech: $350–$500 per day

• Styling / Steaming / Prep: $50–$100 per item (or client-provided stylist)

• Prop Sourcing: $250–$500 per day (plus cost of props)

• Model Coordination: Agency/model day rate + 20% coordination fee

• Hair & Makeup (for lifestyle talent): $500–$800 per day

• Video Team Support (DP, AC, or Editor): Quoted based on scope

• Video Clips (360 spins, product walkthroughs, BTS): Quoted separately

• High-End Retouching: $100+ per image

• Rush Turnaround (under 3 business days): +25–50% of invoice

Travel & Location Fees

• Travel (Local Atlanta Metro): Included

• Travel (Outside Atlanta Metro): $0.75 per mile round trip, plus parking/tolls if applicable

• Out-of-State / International Travel: Flights, lodging, per diem, and transportation billed at cost (business class for flights over 4 hours)

• Travel Days (if required): 50% of day rate

• Location Rental Fees: Billed directly to client (studio rentals, Airbnb, outdoor permits, etc.)

• On-Location Setup & Breakdown: $250–$500 depending on scope and crew size

• Location Scouting & Coordination: $500–$1,000 per day (plus rentals/permits)
