Audition taping and monologue taping begin at $45 an hour. This requires you to bring your own reader. If you want Josh to read with you it’s $65 an hour. All pricing includes a professional lighting setup, pro mic/audio recording synced to your video, & RAW footage.

If you'd like us to edit the session together for you it'd be our pleasure. Be mindful the clock will still be running until all is said and done.

    Booking & Deposits

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

    • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your shoot.

    • Dates and times cannot be held without a deposit.

    Rescheduling

    • Deposits do not transfer to a new date unless there is an approved valid reason (such as a doctor’s note or emergency documentation).

    • Without approved proof, any reschedule requires a new deposit.

    • Only one approved reschedule is allowed per booking.

    • Work conflicts or schedule changes do not qualify as valid reasons for a free reschedule.

    Cancellations

    • Cancellations or no-shows forfeit all payments.

    Late Arrivals

    • Please arrive early.

    • Up to 15 minutes late: we’ll shoot with the remaining time.

    • 30+ minutes late: the session may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

    Hair & Makeup

    • Standard hair and makeup are included in listed rates.

    • Additional styling or complex prep may have extra charges.

    • Outside artists must finish all work before arrival (closed set policy).

    Editing & Retouching

    • Retouching: $45 per image (light touch-ups).

    • Advanced edits: $120/hour (major adjustments).

    • Not included in base session unless specified.

    Rush & Last-Minute Bookings

    • Book at least 2 weeks ahead to avoid rush fees.

    • Rush edits (24-hour turnaround) available for an additional fee.

    Liability & Studio Safety

    • By booking or entering the studio, you accept all risks and agree not to hold Josh Stringer Photography liable for injuries, damages, or loss.

    • Clients are responsible for any damages caused to equipment or property.

    • Only the client being photographed and essential personnel are permitted on set.
